Permanently Mounts a Power Strip or Surge Protector in Your Healthcare Facility

Safely attach a medical-grade power strip or surge protector to an IV pole, hospital bed, crash cart, mobile medical workstation, hospital bed rail, crib or anywhere else needing portable power. The PSCLAMP2's drip shield protects outlets from falling liquids and other contaminants that could damage the power strip or connected equipment. A built-in cord management system keeps the power strip's cabling organized and safely out of the way when not in use to reduce tripping hazards.

The mounting clamp is protected by a patented antimicrobial coating with EPA-registered and FDA-compliant silver ionic technology. The antimicrobial surface protection is 99.9 percent effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria, such as C. diff and MRSA, and reducing the risk of HAIs in hospitals and other medical environments. The coating meets the requirements of JIS Z 2801:2000, an international standard for evaluating efficacy in antimicrobial products.
